How long have you worked at Angelic Organics?

Since Spring 2013

What experiences inform your work at the Learning Center?

Homeschooling my children - every year we planted a garden and my own children were very interested in science. Working with Burpee Museum of Natural History, as I taught numerous workshops on a variety of subjects (bees and wasps, plants, prairie life, water ecology, etc.)

What classes do you teach?

Mostly younger students and school groups

What is one interesting fact about you?

I used to play the flute!

What's your favorite thing to grow and/or eat?

My favorite things to grow are beans and swiss chard.

What's your favorite farm animal?  


What has been your most rewarding teaching experience at the farm?  

Working with a group of high risk teenage boys from Chicago!
