Cost Breakdown: $3.97/lb hanging wt. x 100lb average wt. = $397, + $100 processing. Approx. cost = $497

Weights of pigs vary, so costs will vary. A ½ pig will net approximately 60-70 lbs. of take home meat. Processing fees will also depend on the types of cuts and cures you ask for.

Take Home Meat / Required Freezer Space
100 lbs of meat is equivalent to about 4 cubic ft. of freezer space or 4 full-sized grocery bags.

Reserve with a $200 nonrefundable deposit. Meat is available for pick-up in early December 2019 at Eickman'sRemaining balance will be billed prior to processing, and processing fees are paid upon pickup. 

The half pigs are sold out, but you can still order a 30 lb pork sampler box with various cuts here.

Meat - hanging wt. 280lb x $4.25/lb = $1,190 + Processing: $200

Reserve with $300 nonrefundable deposit.

Take Home Meat / Required Freezer Space

A ¼ beef will net approx. 100 lbs of take home meat and a ½ beef will net approx. 180-200 lbs. 100 lbs of meat is equivalent to about 4 cubic ft. of freezer space or 4 full-sized grocery bags.
